Just when you thought the pain was over, something like this happens. It sounds to me as if this "man" and I use that term loosely, is trying to escape his responsibilities as a parent. He also mentioned that he did not want any info regarding his daughter. Since when has it became neccesary for you to give into his wants, especially after the divorce. My advice is to send him pictures, updates, and a certified copy of the court doent requiring him to pay mandatory child support. No, it is true that he can forfeit his rights for visitation, but that does not negate him from his responsibilities(monetarily) for support of the child he helped to create. By continuing to send the aforementioned info regularly, this act will send him a signal that you will not let him side-step his responsibilities, and you WILL pursue all neccesary means to collect upon it. If he gets foolish enough to try and relocate, track him down and continue sending the info. Eventually he will concede or go to jail.

But really, after all's been said and done, what do you think? Is a bike really inherently more risky than a car? Is the risk worth it? I would love to learn and ride a bike but everyone's telling me forget it. I've broken bones before so I am quite worried about that aspect. Seems like it's an accepted "given" for riding a bike -- and if that's the case then it's not for me. I'm a risk taker (I go out for weeks alone in the wilderness) but I'd like to reduce the quantity of risks.

that is totally wierd. I would try supplementing with some form of oil maybe some horse bran and flax seeds? put a tsp of baking soda in the water and make sure she is getting enough salt and mineral from her mineral block. seriously wierd though. the oils from the bran and flax will probably pump up the coat works for my horses and la mancha goats. also maybe try using an iodine shampoo to make sure her coat doesnt get infected if she is scratching. if it is too cold for a bath just spot clean her with it. good luck though seriously and post an update poor goat

There are a number of insects that exist as an adult for a very short period of time. Some beetles, just as an example, begin as an egg. The egg hatches and a grub comes out and it stays a grub underground for the rest of the summer and winter and following spring. Then it turns into a pupa and finally comes out of the ground next summer as an adult. The adults may live only long enough to mate and lay a new generation's eggs. I don't know what insect you have but I'll bet it's life cycle is similar to what I have described.

Virus or something else?

My friend's PC crashed a few days ago and it was due to corrupt windows system files. Now I am not very experienced in this area and neither is my friend. We thought that it was either a hard drive failure (we thought this was unlikely), a virus, or another type of hardware failure. Well my friend went out and bought a new hard drive thinking that if it was either of the first two that his problem would be solved. He also had to buy windows 7 as his PC did not come with installation discs. After he installed the hard drive and reinstalled the OS he found that the problem was still there. Now this has happened over a period of about a week and my friend doesn't know what it is. I have come to the conclusion that we do not have enough experience in this area of computers and that we could fix this problem faster if we went to the internet for help. Oh and please excuse my grammatical errors if there are any I stayed up late trying to help him fix his PC.

I hear a beeping noise when watching tv and ear fells clogged???

When watching tv i hear these beeping sounds. But it only happens when there a high pitched voice. For example if a with guy with a deep voice talks i cant hear it then if a girl with high voice talks i can hear it and it like goes with her voice and same thing with songs, the beeping goes along witht he song. my laptop won't turn on. now i am using it. Whenever i shut it down, then turn it on again when i forget to do something, it won't turn on. It will take another time to turn it on, like for example i leaved it for 3 hours then there it works again, and after turning it to off, then leaved it for 3 hours, there it won't turn on again. It turns on whenever I am lucky that the laptop will turn on. Here is what happens, When i press the power on, the power icon just lights for 3 seconds and off. I'm Getting Molested At School ( Long Story ) ?

Here in the UK we have what's called a 6th form Lower 6th form ( Junior Year ) and Upper 6th form ( Senior year ) Anyway there's this teacher in the lower sixth form and he only started working at the school about 1 or 2 years ago and at the beginning of the year, he was your typical young (he's 26) "fun" teacher. He's the type of teacher that students feel they can connect with since he's closer to our age than most of the other teachers are. But lately he's been really touchy with me and other girls in the 6th form. The sixth formers at my boarding school don't have to wear uniforms, so some of the girls wear skirts and in cl he'll pretend to drop his pen or pencil under our desk so can look under our skirts and such. One day I having trouble in his cl and he offered to help me after school. Once he finished helping me I was getting ready to leave and then I felt him put his hands on my shoulders and he whispered in my ear about how "tense I felt" and how he could make me "relax". I felt his hand travel down my backside and up my skirt. I had started to cry and asked him to stop and he told me that it was going to be okay. Finally he had stopped and I went crying back to my dorm room and I told my roommate and mate Christelle what he had did to me and she gave me a hug and told me that it would be okay and that it's something he does to all the girls and it just takes getting use to. Anyway she went on to tell me that he had did something similar to her and her mate Lisa last week. Only that time he had started to touch her on her private parts and Chris told me that she had started to cry and he told her that it was going to be okay and that she was the "student and he was the teacher". Baby's Car Seat Question?

it is best (actually required by LAW where I am from) that a baby is in a rear facing car seat until he/she is ONE YEAR AND 22 lbs. You can get the kind that are rear and then convert to front facing but please leave your baby facing rearward as this will prevent injury should an accident occur.

Cloth diapers?

When my kids were in diapers we didn't have disposible. We had Birdseye (about 32 inches square) or Curity. (rectangular and more of a gauzy texture -2 layers.) You can use everything you need to with them. If they stain you can wash them with Clorox (double rinse), DON'T use fabric softener in the wash water otherwise they wont absorb well. They are held on with Big safety pins. No, the child cannot get the pin out. I think they absorb better than disposibles, but you must have a pair of Plastic pants to put over them, otherwise they will leak. Don't need to be changed more often and I used to fold two diapers together for nightime wear (with the plastic pants) when they hit about 6/8 months. I think it's easier to train a child if they wear these types of diapers. They FEEL WET. and are probably more uncomfortable. Disposables make it more comfortable for tyhe kid, but gives them no incentive to be trained. My kids were trained for day and night early. My daughter at 16 months and my son at 18 months, and it was no big deal.. If they poop in then just slosh the diaper up and down in the toilet a couple of times the poop comes off squeeze the water out of the diaper and throw it in the diaper can. You will probably wash them every other day. Don't ever put them on a wood floor. They will actually burn the floor from the urine. Disposables are great for traveling or when you're going somewhere, but I love cloth ones. They last for years and when you're thru having kid you can use them for dusting, washing windows (they don't leave lint) everything. TheCurity diapers are good to use for burp clothes too.. Email me if u want to. Good luck. Monitarily you'll come out better too. As for brands, I don't know whats available now. My youngest is 43 now. I know you should buy good ones. Curity was the gauzy one and I believe Gerber put out the birdseye ones. Check Wal-Mart and K-Mart, any of your discount stores. Good Luck

Hi, My friend was babysitting for my daughter(9) and her granddaughter (6 months) . In the early evening my friend and the girls were downstairs and nobody else was in the house. In the room above the lounge, where the girls would be sleeping the baby moniter was plugged in. All of a sudden a noise came from it that sounded like someone in pain. What can I do with an overly submissive dog?

I recently adopted an 11 month old male Jack Russell Terrier. If I had known he was this submissive I probably would not have adopted him (nice of the lady I got him from to inform me...NOT!), but he's here now and I need HELP! I have another dog (German Shepherd) with whom he gets along very well. This dog is so submissive that he literally curls himself up into a tummy revealing ball and urinates on himself. The urination has gotten better since I have eliminated talking to him, and controlled his water intake, but he continues to turn himself inside out when asked to to something he doesn't want to do - like go outside in the morning to pee. I squat down next to him (not lean over) and gently pull on his collar to get him to go outside. Sometimes he will follow my other dog either in, or out. I have the same problem having him return inside. Once in, or out, he is fine. Our routine is the same every day - so there is no element of unpredictability for him. He also does this in other situations like when it's time to go to bed, so it's mostly "transitions" I guess. It's very frustrating and I'm getting tired of cleaning up the pee dribbles. I have been ignoring him when he does a submissive roll and it has improved. I cannot ignore him when I need him to go out to eliminate - or he eliminates in the house. I spoke to the lady I got him from (once I realized the problem) and she said that's just the way he is - to give him TREATS when he does it. So I think the behavior has been reinforced by using treats and coddling. Will I EVER get him to stop? HELP!! Thanks.

I filed a motion for divorce and was granted sole custody of all my children. I went up to the state where he was and the police there removed the children from his home and gave them to me. He is now claiming that I kidnapped my kids because I violated the visitation temporary custody!

you gotta kill the ice cream, pop corn and chocolate. even if the ice cream is low calories, then something unhealthy was in it to make it lower than normal. if you have to have pop corn every day, make sure it's air popped and not microwaved or oil popped. the organic strawberyy jam and yogurt with the flakes was excellent. try to add green tea and water into your diet if you havent already. the little fried rice thing was excellent as well.

Well, the idea that there are other facets of wisdom in other cultures is fine with me (though I know some who would reject it). But sometimes, learning or moderately practicing other practices can begin a slippery slope into accepting their beliefs as proper. Some say that being a yogi would indicate more than just a study of other religions. Also, the notion that one can "be a kabbalist" has never made sense to me. Kabbalah as a course of study goes hand in hand with advanced intellectual techniques -- it isn't about a practice of anything.
