Can non military personel buy air force abu's?

i'm in dep program and im stil in highschool, and im the only one there, so i was thinking about asking my recruiter to maybe do a presentation at school and i would help him to try and recruit people to the air force and to show people why i joined...i would like to look official and maybe purchase a pair of abu's? could i do this?
