I had swine flu a few weeks ago, got better, now have a fever?

My doctor told me i most likely have swine flu a few weeks ago and gave me tamiflu.. I got better but my bf just got back from mexico on the saturday then yesterday (sunday) i started feeling achey, headache, sweating, body chills, bad cough and a fever of 102 f... Today my fever is around 100 f but i have been taking tylonel.. Is this dangerous? What should I do? My mom is really worried and saying i could have pnemonia and all this stuff.. Well what do you think I should do?
