What kind of handmade items would you buy online(etsy)?

I'm a new mom and I want to start making and selling crafts so that I can stay home with my baby girl. I am a crafty & creative type person, but I want to make something that is actually in demand, and since the economy is bad I'm thinking it should be something functional/people actually need. What kind of handmade items would you want and buy online? Any suggestions would great except knitting/crocheting. I don't know how to do that yet! Thank you so much!
