How would I upgrade a sniper rifle to max its FPS to 500?

I have an airsoft sniper rifle (UTG M324S Master Sniper) and I'm looking to upgrade it some more. Does anyone know how I can increase the FPS to 500? I'm also looking for a nice scope that has illuminated crosshairs for night playing. Any suggestions will help. Thanks =)
