I was the person who wanted to know if my neighbor would most likely go to jail or get probation?

He was charged with three different crimes, one was tresping in school, he was charged with receiving stolen property that he pawned and charged with theft of cell phones in cars. Since my granddaughter put up the bail bond for him each time, my other question is will she get it back if he goes to jail or will she get it back only if he doesn;t go to jail?
