Your Behavior Has Created An Uncomfortable Working Environment For Him And It Is Interfering With His Job . In Response, Management Require The Following 1 You Are Not Bother Him When He Is Working , As He Is There To Work, Not Visit. 2 You Are Not To Buy Him Any Gifts. 3 You Are Not To Bring Him Food 4 You Are Not To Join Him During His Work Breaks.
