Nutrition gurus, what do u think?

you gotta kill the ice cream, pop corn and chocolate. even if the ice cream is low calories, then something unhealthy was in it to make it lower than normal. if you have to have pop corn every day, make sure it's air popped and not microwaved or oil popped. the organic strawberyy jam and yogurt with the flakes was excellent. try to add green tea and water into your diet if you havent already. the little fried rice thing was excellent as well.
