For unwed teen mothers should they deny them pain meds?

I think that in order to teach these girls a lesson there should be a law that makes it so that they have to experience childbirth entirely natural to prevent future pregnancies and maybe deter other girls from getting pregnant as well ! I know this will never happen but what do you think?
